Prime location. Good value for money. Friendly staff.

Prime location - 2 malls - buses to Singapore; all walking distance. Staff friendly, approachable, and understanding. Overall - good value for money for 2 rooms for 5 nights. Manager gave us complimentary breakfast for the delay/inconvenience we experienced upon check in.

We booked 2 rooms. There was a 45 minute delay/wait time upon check in because our rooms were not ready. Room views boring. One of our rooms' bed sheet had stains and was changed promptly when we informed them. One of our rooms was very smelly - unpleasant smokers smell. Manager was cooperative and kindly did another clean but it did not reduce the smell; she then moved us to another room (but this meant we were 7 floors away from our family in another room). The new room neighbor had a very loud occupant; who was always shouting and banging on the walls. We informed manager twice but it was like that for 2 days until that family left the hotel. Breakfast - large variety but not tasty.

Location wise The hotel staff are delightful. All genuinely friendly and happy to help. With smile on their faces, they have been really very impressive in their service. Especially Sujen & Aime from Concierge!! And not forgetting Jacqueline from Reception during our check-in Kudos to your staff for making it such a comfortable stay.

Great place for a staycay.

However once we managed to find our way to the lobby at level 6 it was a pleasantly surprising experience. It was really big and nice and the staff were at the counter was really nice to give us an early check in at 1pm instead of having to wait till 3pm. One of the staff also opened and held the lift for us which was a really nice touch. The hotel room itself was also really great. Clean with a big bed.

At first when we entered the building from level 1 it honestly looked quite disappointing. Seems small quiet and dead.

Overall is quite comfy for staycation and the location was great.

The bed very comfy and the pillow too

Found the toilet bowl flushing system wasn’t that smooth. The room aircond in auto mood,wake up from sleep on and off due to the warming of the room.

However, I like the location, reception staffs, staffs at first floor were so friendly

The bathroom was choked when we had our first bathed in the room, its should clear the choked before guest arrive. Saw some drink stain near the writing table wall however bed was very comfy

My only choice for hotel in JB.

The bed is just nice. Not too soft and not too hard. Hotel staff are really friendly. The location is ideal with some nice restaurant downstairs and a whole lot of hipsters cafe selection within walking distance. The gym and pool is really well maintained as well. Would definitely recommend it to everyone looking to stay in the area.

The toilet could use some an air vent. Just a thought.

A great staycation at Jb to ease the blues away

Love the service. We took the pool connecting room. Bed was huge for king, kids loved it coz they could just change and jump right it. The room aircorn was not thT cold. Just the right temperature. Everything was clean. Whats good about the hotel is.. you dont have to travel far. Just go across to jbcc and city squae to shop and eat. Love love love

Great place for a short break!

This is my second stay and the hotel is as good as always! Excellent location, clean, comfy and spacious room, great breakfast, excellent and friendly staff!

It would have been better if the extra bed that we requested was set up while we were out. We checked in about 7pm and requested an extra bed both during booking and when we checked in. We went out and returned about 10pm and the extra bed was not in. Its not a big issue as when we called housekeeping, they brought the bed within 30mins.

Great Experience

Location easily accessible. Fast check in and check out. Friendly and welcoming staffs, especially the Front Desk Personnel by the name of Catherine. She’s very compose, inviting and knowledgeable. Overall cleanliness was great; rooms, pool and the amenities. Breakfast buffet has a wide range of food from western to asian cuisine. Despite the influx of patrons during breakfast, the service was fast and efficient, even for the live cooking stations. Kudos????????

Overall the stay was great. The hotel offers nice buffet breakfast. Nice swimming pool.

Nice and clean environment.

Aircon in the room seems faulty. On and off intermittently while we sleeping. The room was stuffy when the aircon off itself. Both room 807 and 809 experienced the same thing.

Location was great. From Komtar JBCC, cross the road to go into the building where Morgan Field dinning is located. Amari hotel can be access by to the 2nd flr and passed the 7 11 store. Feels much safer than travelling to other location
